Helping Hooves Fund

Our horses are at the heart of everything we do. Each day, they show up with patience, kindness, and a whole lot of heart for our riders, veterans, at-risk youth, and families. The Helping Hooves Fund was created to return that same care and compassion to them when they need a little extra support.

Many of our horses are proudly supported by sponsors, and we are deeply grateful for those partnerships. Horse sponsorships help cover essential daily needs such as feed, hay, shavings, and routine veterinary care. These contributions are vital to keeping our program running smoothly day to day.

The Helping Hooves Fund serves a different purpose.

This fund is here for the unexpected. While situations requiring additional care are uncommon thanks to our dedicated staff and volunteers, some things simply cannot be prevented. An unforeseen injury, sudden illness, or the need for specialized therapeutic treatments can arise at any time. Helping Hooves allows us to respond promptly and thoughtfully without pulling resources away from active programs and participant services. Rather than a response to constant crisis, this fund acts as a safety net. It helps us remain prepared, responsible, and proactive so our horses always receive the care and comfort they deserve when something unexpected occurs.

Helping Hooves also allows us to invest in our horses’ long-term comfort and wellbeing. When appropriate, funds may be used for therapeutic treatments that support soundness, recovery, and overall quality of life, helping our horses continue the meaningful work they love.

Cannot Sponsor a Horse Right Now?

That is okay. You can still make a meaningful impact.

The Helping Hooves Fund offers a flexible way to support our horses at any level. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us prepare for unforeseen needs and provides peace of mind knowing our herd is supported with love, intention, and care.

Together, Helping Hooves allows us to protect our horses, strengthen our programs, and continue changing lives one ride at a time.
